1. Agreement
By using bluprinters.com and related Bluprinter Commerce apps, you agree to these Terms with Bluprinter LLC, 5900 Balcones Drive, STE 100, Austin, Texas 78731, USA.
2. Marketplace role
Bluprinter operates a print-on-demand marketplace. Independent sellers list designs; Bluprinter and fulfillment partners produce and ship eligible orders. Product content is provided by sellers unless marked otherwise.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts for fraud, IP abuse, or policy violations.
4. Orders & pricing
Prices are in USD. Tax may be collected where required (including Texas nexus). Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm when payment succeeds.
5. Acceptable use
No illegal content, trademark/copyright infringement, or abusive automation. See our Intellectual Property Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bluprinter LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without conflict-of-law rules.
