If an item arrives damaged or with a Bluprinter print defect, contact support within 14 days with photos. We will reprint or refund at our option.
Wrong size / preference
Made-to-order POD items are generally final sale for buyer preference changes. See RMA / Perfect Fit guidance for eligible cases.
